Your Place of Power is where you can be still without interruption and have time with just You!
When you arrive select a time that is sacred to you that you will not share with anything else
Come to your place of power at this time (monthly, Weekly, Daily)
If you choose to sit elevated make sure your feet are planted with soles on the ground and imagine roots coming from them and going into the ground
If you will sit do the same with your bottom. Be planted and rooted
Take your time in this place to have privacy within, undisturbed
